Our round idler pulleys have tapered flanges that accommodate the V-belts shown below. These include Twin A-section pulleys and Twin 3L-section sheaves (also called Twin-A sheaves and Twin-3L pulleys). Different pulley styles allow V-belts to protrude different heights above the pulleys. If your belts are under such high tension that you fear they may deform and slip deeper into the groove, we can insert round belts in the bottom of the groove that support them and prevent deformation.
